Upon review of the items ordered in July, the prices listed for those items were listed in error. We are unable to honor the incorrect price per the above policy.

Our records indicate that Kohls.com order #[redacted] was returned to the customer's VISA ending in [redacted] on 1015/15. Please allow 10-14 business days for the credit to appear on their account. We apologize for any lack of assistance the customer received from our Kohls.com customer service. Once again our records indicate there were no known system errors at the time the orders were placed. In addition, all of the orders were submitted successfully and did not have pending charges which would indicate there was no error on Kohl's part. If the customer's continues to have pending authorizations on her account we advise her to contact her financial institution. We apologize for any disappointment.

Upon review of order [redacted], we can confirm a return was made for the second item on 01/24/15. The refund amount was placed back to the customer's Kohl's Charge account. The credit to your charge card will take an average of seven days to appear in your account. While most credits appear within...

As previously stated, our representatives do not have access to our customer's My Kohl's Charge login information therefore they are unable to elect billing statement options for the customer. We apologize for any confusion.

We have reviewed the SKU information for both Kohls.com orders #[redacted], and  [redacted]. Regrettably, the purchased merchandise is not identical.

The customer is welcome to return this item to the store. Once the credit is received, they are welcome to reorder this item online. Please know we are unable to grantee inventory of any product we sell online.

We have been advised by our Corporate Refund Department that the customer's concerns were addressed and resolved by the Store Manager directly.

Revdex.com:i was using 15.00 in yes 2 you rewards and 75.00 in kohl cash I compiled my order...

to b less then my combined kohl cash and yes2 you rewards online it would allow me to use my rewards so I called in explaining my issue and was told I should just be happy with the discount I was getting!! Thats fine fro kohl to be ok with that but I ordered solely based in the rewards I would get in return so yes I was saving money but if I would have been told using rewards would equal hassle and mistreatment I simply would have shopped else where and now I'm past the date of my kohl cash as it expired on the 5th so here I am begging to use what is already mine only to lose it because of rude people and false advertisements!! so I would like to be refunded fro all my orders to make my kohs credit balance zero since I wouldn't have sent that had I know the kohl  cash and yes 2 u rewards ending up just being a bait and switch or I would like a gift card for my rewards and all the time and hassle I have had to deal with or I will simply close my account and never shop at ohs again I have bought 1000's at kohl the last year and a half but am treated as completely worthless I just want whats fair to be done fair thats it done promise it if your not actually going to keep the promisethanks I hope you make the choice to prove I'm a respected customer!!

Hello-I also just checked my Kohls account, and to this day, the only amount I was refunded to my Kohls charge is the $7.41. This is regarding complaint #11987344. [redacted]

Our records show the customer was contacted by our Social Media team on 12/05/15. The customer has been advised that his accounts are indeed linked, and all points have been updated accordingly.

Upon research
of our customer's order # [redacted], the
order was placed on 05/18/15. The Kohl's Cash earning period was from 05/13/15-05/17/15.
Purchases made in-store or online within this time frame are eligible to
earn $10.00 Kohl's Cash for every $50.00 spent based on the subtotal after...

any
discounts. This order did not earn Kohl's
Cash due to it being placed after the earning period. We are unable to accommodate
the customer’s request for Kohl’s Cash.

The account was not paid in full prior to the closure of the account. We stand behind our decision and are unable to update the customer's credit profile or reopen the account.

Our records indicate, her earned Kohl's Cash was sent to the e-mail address listed on the order. We recommend looking in the 'Bulk Mail' folder, the Promotion folder or the 'Spam' folder in her e-mail account in the future. It may have been blocked by a firewall or spam blocker.
