Kohll's Pharmacy and Homecare, Inc.

I am not usually one to spout negative about companies b/c trust me working in Customer Service I have had my fair share of feeling the brunt but I have to say this about Kohlls Pharmacy & Homecare​.

A word for everyone local to read. PLEASE do your research before shopping here!! This company overcharges for their supplies!! I was discharged from the hospital and referred here as I needed wound supplies immediately. My husband picked up some ABD pads and was charged $[redacted] PER pad!! He/We had never bought wound supplies before and per the script received 30 pads totaling $[redacted].
I am still wound packing and have since researched other companies. I just bought the same exact product and paid $[redacted] for 25 pads!! My physician even looked astonished when I told her this. This company should be ashamed!
The only response received from Kohll's was the charges are correct and it was applied to my deductible and for further questions contact my insurance. I understand that it was applied to my deductible, that was never the issue. My issue was the $[redacted] vs $[redacted] which is Kohll's price and has nothing to do with the insurance.
