Kohlhepp's Reclaimed Lumber

For over a month, Kohlhepp has been repeatedly promising to send me pictures of the product I ordered to be made. I provided a deposit of $110, final cost was going to be $350. Kohlhepp consistently broke his promises. Eventually I demanded a refund since he could not provide evidence of even starting the project. He keeps making up excuses about why he can't give me the refund after initially agreeing to refund me.
