Please consider the attached information regarding the case mentioned above We were made aware of the complaint just yesterday,and feel we should state our position I'm not sure why we failed to receive a notification of the complaint, however, the issue, we feel,is causing the
possibility of lost work.98% of the work was completed by the end of August The remaining exterior concrete work and minor touches (some soffit, facsia...) remained.Mr*** came to our home and discussed the issue with the delay We came to an agreement that the excavator needed to complete the exterior work in order for us to complete the projectI did not swear at Mr*** or clench my fists I sent an email to Mr*** on September 15, asking him if we could head over to complete the work The next day, I received a letter from his attorney forbidding us to be on his property How are we to complete a job if we are unable to be on the property where the work is to be completed?Mr.*** filed a complaint at the end of November with our local magistrate The civil case judgement was in our favor (2/10/15) The plaintiff was found to be "less than truthful" and could not provide any proof of further expenses to complete the project.We would like to have this complaint removed from your website, or at the least, allow for my side of the story to be submitted, and the claimbe noted as resolved.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Greg D***Caliber Pole Buildings

however, the information that he supplied on his application was found to be fraudulent by the Lender and his contract was cancelled by the Lender. Mr*** was contacted by this dealership and informed that he needed to return the vehicle. Mr*** stated that he was out of town on business and would not return until the last week of April. Upon his returning the vehicle it was found to have hail damage all over the vehicle. This company has been attempting to receive compensation from his insurance company since early May. We have yet to receive a check for the noted damage on the vehicle. We cannot release the down payment to the customer as the repairs on the vehicle exceed the amount that we are getting from the insurance company. I took Caliber Pole Building/Greg D*** (owner) to the magistrate court, where we lost on a small technicalityMrD*** states that we were found to be "less than truthful," which is not true, nor did he offer you any proof of thatI request that you edit his response to remove this sentence. We appealed this to the Court of Common Pleas of Clearfield CountyWe sought the original $4852.48, plus additional attorney fees as MrD*** appeared to be in violation of the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act and the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection ActThe court ruled in our favor and due to violating the two acts cited above, awarded us our attorney fees in addition to the original amount. MrD*** claims that he owns no property in his name, no vehicles and has no assets(attached letter from MrD***'s attorney).
