The customer service via phone order experience was horribleHe refused to alter any orders with payment, overcharged for each order, and waited until the cards were charged to inform me of extra charge due in cash upon deliveryThe menu prices were not even close to the final totalsAfter asking for a breakdown of prices the male on the phone became very nasty all the while explaining the prices, which were still outrageousMy co-workers and I calculated taxes and delivery service charges as he explained and all except for order were overcharged dollars or more eachTo top it off once arriving the driver all but forced a tip when signing receipts

The customer service via phone order experience was horrible. He refused to alter any orders with payment, overcharged for each order, and waited until the cards were charged to inform me of extra charge due in cash upon delivery. The menu prices were not even close to the final totals. After asking for a breakdown of prices the male on the phone became very nasty all the while explaining the prices, which were still outrageous. My co-workers and I calculated taxes and delivery service charges as he explained and all except for 1 order were overcharged 4 dollars or more each. To top it off once arriving the driver all but forced a tip when signing receipts.
