Review: I went to my doctor for shoulder pain. He prescribed a medication from listed pharmacy. They left a message to get my info. and set up FedEx delivery (I live in TX). I called back on 10/31 and gave them the requested insurance info. I was informed there was a $200.00 copay (later, checked if there were charges to my insurance, there were none). I gave them my credit card info for the "copay." I was uncomfortable with the transaction so I called the next day, 11/1, to cancel the order and was assured by the person who handled the call it was. She (Alissa) called back on 11/5 and left a message that they would still send the prescription and waive the copay (I still have the MP3 voicemail file). I received the package but did not open it until I could verify the credit on my card statement. I did receive the credit on 11/6 but was charged the $200.00 again on 11/7. When I called to ask about it, they said they had no other transactions with me after the 11/6 credit even though my credit card provider has the transaction code with them. I still have the prescription unopened in its original packaging.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $200.00 payment I initially asked for when I cancelled the order. I will return the unopened prescription if they want it back. I informed them I didn't want it to begin with.

As I mentioned in the original complaint, I was indeed credited the $200 for the original charge. The problem is that I was charged the $200 again the following day. When I called to ask about it, I was told there was no record of another transaction after the credit when my credit card statement shows otherwise and my credit card provider has record of a transaction ID (see attached). I will gladly accept a check for the refund.
