Koffee Kup Bakery

I bought a cake from them for a birthday the cake had shots on it that didn't have frosting on it and just wasn't done right I was told on the shot there was nothing that could be done they couldn't fix it. I ask for a manager h was told he wasn't there I left my name number an what was wrong with it for him to contact me when he got in. No call or anything from manager. I have been calling there for almost two weeks now left my number 3/4 times still no call. Every time I called they would put me on hold and never come back or tell me he can't come to the phone his hands is dirty or that he would call me back in 20mins but still no contact with the manager his staff is rude I was told I can only talk to him if they think my reason was good enough. The birthday girl didn't not like the cake said it was not neat and they did things wrong that they should have fix. The cake was dry as If the made it two day earlier and left it out. The bad thing about that is I went in to the bakery about a week before an bought a cake just to taste it since this was the 1st time I was coming to this bakery. Very bad 1st experience. And this was not a cheap cake it should have been very good.Desired SettlementI would like money back
