I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.It's very disappointing that I am only able to upload picturesI have many pictures that clearly show the poor quality of work done by Koepp ConstructionInadequate foundation for the fireplaceThey were supposed to drill footers foot deep and tie into base with rebar for fireplace and knowingly told his workers not to do itAnd then used 3/rebar instead of 1/inch in the 10" slab poured for the fireplaceDrain lines buried but never connectedCracked mortar in many areasIncorrectly installed patio pavers that would not drainFrench drain installed using the wrong type of pipe so it collapsed when buried and had to be dug up and replacedFence that was stained the wrong color and isn't even close to a matchFence posts that appear to have been just stuck in the ground with no concrete as the fence can be moved back and forth with easeOil stains all in the yard from vehicles parked in the grassBusted sprinkler lines in numerous areasAnd I could go on, however the system only allows minutes to respondKoepp Construction was notified and given the opportunity to correct their shoddy workmanship and refused to address the issues. It is also an embarrassment to the military for MrK*** to use his veteran status as a misdirection attempt for his shoddy workmanshipIt is my understanding that the purpose of the Revdex.com is to help protect consumers from shady inexperienced contractors like K*** Construction.
