We have never had anyother contact with the dealership since we talked to them on the phone andthey said that it was bought as is. All we have asked for in all of this is our money back and nothingmore. We NEVER would have bought this vehicle knowing that the frame was so rusted through thatthe engine is ready to fall out. Keoneke knew that this car was unsafe to be in and sold it anywaysthey let us leave their dealership in the car driving it. I don't understand how they could do this topeople and think it's okay

Review: Recently bought used car from dealership in April of this year. When we went to look at the car the salesman let us take the vehicle which is a 95 Ford Taurus for a test drive the salesman never pointed out or said anything about the car not being road worthy after the test drive we decided to purchase the car thinking we were getting a good deal since it only had 88 thousand miles on the engine and we had a upcoming trip to Indiana to take. After registering the car and talking to the saleswoman there who told us that her parents knew the owner of the car before and that he was a elderly gentleman who had maintained the car well we were very excited about the vehicle, again nothing was said to us about the car not being road worthy as were looking to purchase reliable transportation or we would of never bought the car and they never went over the buyers guide with use they just had me sign papers. In the beginning of July we noticed a very loud thunking sound and decided after talking to a few people that it was the cv shaft and we deciced to take it to Pit Stop in Baraboo to get fixed the mechanic who was going to fix the car called us and we were informed that the body of the car was so rusted through that the engine was almost ready to fall through and that it wasnt worth it to repair the car and that he was surprised that it hadn't fallen sooner. We called the dealership and we were told that they wouldnt return us our money because we had bought the car as is with no warranty.Desired Settlement: All I want is the cost of the car and registration we never wouldve purchased this vehicle if they wouldve made it clear and told use it wasnt road worthy at all.I had my daughter in this car many times as wellv as myself and husband.
