Review: On July 20, 2015, I placed an online oder for 2 bottles of vitamin mineral supplements (Brand name: "Mynax"). The order was place at [redacted] and $86.00 was paid by my [redacted] debit card. ?A woman named [redacted] thanked me for the order. After repeated attempts to contact the company by phone, email and FAX, I have been met with busy signals or a site message stating Shopify "Sorry, this shop is currently unavailable." I have tried to call via [redacted] and [redacted]. Even tried fax number [redacted]. As of this date, September 7, 2015, I have not received anything for my $86.00,nor have I received any correspondence or phone call.Desired Settlement: I would like Koehler Company USA to make this situation right by either refunding my money, sending the products I paid for and apologizing to others like me who were lead to this company by well-meaning healthcare providers in an attempt improve a serious health issue.
