In response to [redacted] complaint ,the first time this customer had driven her vehicle to my shop to look at it I let her know that the thermostat was leaking and advised her not to drive it until it was fixed,customer decided she was going to drive it home, ,the second time, the vehicle was towed to my shop from the jaguar dealer she had stated to me that the thermostat housing needed to be replaced, she gave me the ok to do so,so I replaced it with a new part,I also discussed with her that one of the injector o-rings was bad,this was found after we were able to start the vehicle, so I went ahead and replaced it at no charge to the customer, this was a part that had to be special ordered through the jaguar dealer ,I proceeded to test drive the vehicle and everything was running smooth ,went ahead and cleared all the codes, the customer then picked the vehicle up,I work on all foreign and domestic vehicles,which I have been doing for many years, as far as the customer complaint about beer drinking in my shop it is never allowed during shop hours and any personnel caught do this will be fired on the spot ,this will not be tolerated
