I would recommend Koala-T Roofing. The lady that came out to look at the issues with our roof was very patient with my husband and I. We thought we had a lot bigger issue due to having a roof leak over our entryway. We were informed that the rest of the roof was in good shape and flashing was improperly installed which caused the leak. We got our leak fixed within a week after her coming out to look at our roof. We also chose to do a roof maintenance on the rest of our tile roof.

Koala-T Roofing performed good customer service and quality work. I will call them if any other roofing issues come about in the future.

A few weeks ago I was in need of an extensive roof job and decided to call

Koala-T-Roofing [602-348-6127]

due to their excellent reputation with the Revdex.com.

From that initial phone call my experience was one of the best I ever had.

The owner, [redacted], has a very fast turn-around time, she replies to calls and e-mails almost immediately.

Not only did she come several times to my home due to the fact that I changed my initial requests several times, she e-mailed me her detailed Bid Estimate 2 days later.

Her crew was always on time, very polite and helpful. Each of her roofer has at least 15 to 20 years of experience and they displayed an unparalleled work ethic.

The removed all debris, including nails and even cleaned up my drive way.

[redacted] came by several times to inspect and had them do a few corrections.

Furthermore, I received a Roof Warranty Certificate for my casualty insurance, which also conveys over should I sell.

For everyone in need of a good roofing company, do not look any further.

We used Koala-T Roofing recently to remove and replace our roof. They were were excellent to deal with, answered all our questions throughout the process, arrived early, cleaned up before they left each night and finished a day and a half earlier than expected. The end product was beautiful and we would definitely recommend them to others.

We did not use Koala T Roofing based on our experience with getting an estimate. While I can't review their work, I can review their business/personal skills. I found them online and liked that they emphasized quality. I was impressed by all the great reviews on this site. I called and scheduled them to come out to give us a free estimate. I booked the appointment one week in advance.

When it came time for our appointment, no Koala T! I did not receive a phone call from them either. I was thinking they may be running behind or maybe they were on the road over to our home. I gave them plenty of time and then I decided I would call them.

She acted surprised when I told her we were on the schedule that day for them to come to our home for an estimate. She said she would be over within 30 minutes.

When she did arrive, she was not pleasant or friendly. It seemed as if we were a major inconvenience for her. My husband led her to the area needing work. When I approached, she didn't say hello, didn't introduce herself or shake my hand. No people skills at all. How are you going to book jobs when you treat people like they are invisible and an inconvenience?? She asked for my email and she said she would email an estimate within 24 hours. She never emailed us an estimate. She never called to follow up or give us an estimate on the phone.

Apparently our business was not important to her. No....I would not recommend Koala T Roofing.
