We declined the refund due to the following reasonsthis was an invoice produced months agowhy was this not brought to our attention immediately after the service? especially a $discrepancy?When we sell a job, we ALWAYS verify the amount on the invoice with the customer both on the
phone and in person when payingIf there was a discrepancy why was it not addressed then? these batteries were considered carry out's as there is no indication that we installed the batteriesalso, these batteries do not fit that vehicle so they had to of been a carry out we have a signed receipt on an invoice that includes the batteries, and on his credit card receiptanyone would of immediately see a $overage even if he somehow missed it overlooking the invoice / receipt and the credit card receipt, he would of seen a difference when he looked online at his bank statement / credit card statement delivered via us post officesigned invoice and credit card slip is attachedthe person that cashiered him out is not employed here anymore, I have no one to go back to for questioning if this was a bogus charge. 6. we have not shown any battery inventory overage or shortage at all to indicate they were sold but not actually takenif so we would have extra batteries that would of been brought to my attention when the battery vendor comes around every two weeks. *** (current office manager) ###-###-####
