Terrible! The business is run by Alex and Carlos Zamora (brothers). They talk a good talk until itâs time to getting your vehicle fixed. They hide, they don't answer their phone or respond to texts (they screen calls obviously). Read and understand your receipts, they trick you by charging multiple times for same items so save all receipts. But most importantly, do not give them cash even if you get receipt once you trust them. If you pay with credit card or check you can always cancel or have better chance at getting your money back or your work done. If you screw up like me by giving them cash and they refuse to do their job as it happened to me, take them to court and sue them 3rd floor county court house ask to see justice of the peace, pay fee to file paperwork and sue them. Obviously they know about this since they don't bother to show up to defend themselves. But you can still continue with your case by default on their part and I am sure there are other ways to collect your loses or at least give their "shop" a very well deserved black eye so they think twice about taking advantage with other people hard earned money. Take your vehicle to a decent shop.
