Review: Knowles Apothecary sent me in October medications for my catI had only ordered I contacted them and they said that they would pick up the medication and refund me the amount that I had been chargedI have been waiting since then for a refund, contacted the pharmacy several times, and each time I was told that they needed to check something on their systems and that I would see a refund on my card in the next few daysThe last time I called was on 1-17-14, the person I spoke to was able to access my records (he mentioned the names of the medications that I had received with that order) and he told me that he needed to look at their system and he said to "hold on a second"After minutes I got tired of waiting and wasting my time, so I hang up and called backHe said that there were people at the counter that he needed to deal with, and I cannot believe he thought it was ok to waste my time waiting for him to be done with his customersI have been waiting for months, so I should take prioritySo I told them I was going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and hang up.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a refund to my card for the amount that I was charged incorrectly
