I sent a letter asking for $to by out my rental agreement, not for ruining my SundayThey can twist the truth around all they want, but the facts are that they sold the park model that I had $down and a written agreement to rent for Jan thru Mar 2016. They called me and jumped all over my case as if I was the one who did something wrong. One can't talk to them about it because they just would not listen to my side at all. I guess in AZ it must be ok to sell property even though someone has it rented with monies paid and a written agreement

The following is our response to complaint number [redacted] Can you please let me know that you received this response? Thank you.To Whom It May Concern:As has been stated on several occasions, the issue of the rental agreement is between the former home owner and the renter. Blue Diamond Home and RV acted as the sales agent for the home and had no involvement with any rental agreements associated with the property. As a favor to the former owner, Mr. E[redacted] called Mr. [redacted]t, the renter, to inform him that the home had been sold.There was no contract between Blue Diamond Home and RV and Mr. [redacted]t. Mr. [redacted]t needs to contact the former home owner and deal directly with them on the issue of his contract.
