Know the Flo Drain Cleaning

Three months ago I paid Know Flo for an unsatisfactroy job by [redacted] promised me a refund each of the 3 times I called. Have receive nothing.I wrote Know Flo a check for $225 for the work done by [redacted] on [redacted] (my sewer line was clogged). He opened it but his equipment allowed him to open a hole only about 1 " in diameter. Two days later it was clogged again Employees of the [redacted]. came out and opened it creating a hole about 2.5 in diameter. At the time of [redacted] work, he said his work was guaranteed, that a service charge of $60 would be charged and the balance of any payment of mine would be returned if his work was unsatisfactory. I phoned [redacted] about three times since then and each time he said he'd have a check sent to me. Once he even said the whole $225 would be returned. I have received no checks or calls from [redacted] and would appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you.Desired Settlement$225, the amount I paid, in full. Know Flo doesn't deserve to keep a service charge due to their stalling.
