Heard of this company through a friend of a friendAsked them to submit a quote for renovation of two bathroomsThey never got back to me with a quote but as they were recommended thru a friend I decided to go with themOf course there was the initial deposit, which I paid even though I had ordered the specific tub, shower and hardware, and after being on the job one day I was asked for more moneyI refused and for the next month they would turn up for a couple of hours on most days day, supposed to be there at 10:00am but didn't turn up till 2:00pm
They left a mess when they removed the drywall, when they removed the old fixtures and after weeks of getting nowhere with the project I fired themSome of the framing was done and that was itThe plumber and electrician were OK but they were waiting on the carpenters from Knotty Boys to do their part
After a week they presented me with a quoteIt consisted of line items - drywall ($1,500.00); framing ($1,500); plumber ($1,500.00); insulation and vapour barrier ($1,500.00)This was to account for the $6,deposit and to ask for more money, even though these items weren't doneand I was paying for the electrician
An unbelievable experience! Never go near this *** companyNot only am I behind in my renovations but am out a lot of money from this companyTalk about a horror of a renovation!
