Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I, being the registered owner of the Department of Motor Vehicles issued license plates, would solely be responsible for any and all issues that could arise if my vehicle tags were misusedA multitude of negative possibilities such as, tags being given to someone or stolen, a vehicle accident, car robbery and the switching of license plates, toll charges, etcIt is my right, and your responsibility to have given me the details and options on where and how to come retrieve my propertyNot only was I told directly by Ford Motor Credit, that Prime Time holds all property related to my repossessions; additionally by DMV that I should have been given the opportunity to collect them directly from Prime TimeI was never given that opportunity, and the last several calls/voicemails I made to your company I did not receive any calls backThis is unacceptable [redacted] ***

A multitude of negative possibilities such as, tags being given to someone or stolen, a vehicle accident, car robbery and the switching of license plates, toll charges, etc. It is my right, and your responsibility to have given me the details and options on where and how to come retrieve my property. Not only was I told directly by Ford Motor Credit, that Prime Time holds all property related to my repossessions;  additionally by DMV that I should have been given the opportunity to collect them directly from Prime Time.
