Review: We bought a prom dress and received the dress on April 27th. Within the 2 day following the arrival we notified them via the website ( contact form) that the dress did not fit and wanted to return it. There is no other way to contact them other then email. THey have ignored our messages and we cannot get a refundDesired Settlement: Full refund as we contact them within the appropriate time

Review: I order lilac A-line prom dress I paid 196$ I get it one month later and its not the dress the prom is on may 20th this company is svery very hard to contact and with I email them they dont seem to care!!! I paid for a certin dress and thats what we wnat I want my money back. this is suppose to be my daughters greatest day every and this company does'nt care they got there money.. and now they wont return my emails.and there is no number to call to speak to someone, what kind of business is this... I am running out of time. the dress they send me looks like a 20$ dress all my daughter does is cry... the stitching on the dress is horrrible o my god I cant belive this..Desired Settlement: the amount I paid 196$..
