I am rejecting this response because: Even after submitting this complaint I reached out to the leasing office and the matter was not resolved until Thursday 7/20/2017. I left work to see that the matter would be resolved and still had to wait several hours on that for them to fix my air (2nd office visit that day). I was without air conditioning during heat advisories. I was not able to live in my unit due to the heat for about two weeks. I should not have to pay full rent went I was forced to live in unsafe conditions for some time

The resident, [redacted], came in and we went through her ledger from the time she moved in to current. All details were explained thoroughly to the resident. We did switch water, sewer, and trash companies from NWP to AUM in July,  this was the reason for the delayed bill in July....

Residents should receive their August bill on time.While reviewing the ledger with the resident we noticed that she was getting charged late fees on small balances, so we did credit some of that back to her. The amount owed is correct.

I am rejecting this response because:I have not revived my deposit back as stated. This will be the 3rd is third complaint against this property. The case #[redacted] stated the check was cut 8/24/16 ck#[redacted]. II would like to know what's the hold up. This company is full of lies,. They expect there deposit then and there I expect the same in return. I have waited long enough for $350 from a million dollar company. They have lied over and over I didn't challenge the lies in the beginning w/the bank statement.

I am rejecting this response because:Customer Service IssuesI have a ID number w/Revdex.com for this property [redacted], payment was to be submitted to me and I got a final statement 8/18/2016 w/ the said amount that is due back to me but, I did not receive a payment w/invoice. It was printed from there onesite system. When will I get my return and why is it taking so long to received my payment. Their money was provided the same day, I understand accounting and this should have been taking care of.Refund$350 as stated per ID [redacted]. Enough lies have been used by Knollwood, I just need a solution and that is simple my refund. I did challenge the so called bank statement I want this over and done. I wanted to submit this a precaution.Sincerely,

My name is [redacted] and I am the Assistant Property Manager and Bookkeeper for Knollwood Apartments. Our company policy in regards to rent is when a resident is late on rent there is late fee assessed on the 6th of each month and if we still do not have rent by the 15th of the...

month, then all files are sent to our legal for processing of rent/possession on the 16th. For this particular resident, in the month of September 2016, she was late on her rent and all fees were applied as would any other resident. The file was sent to our legal department on the 16th of September and she paid the balance off in full on October 7, 2016 and at the point her case was dismissed. This was explained to her in detail and she understood at that time. I have checked on the case in question (looking in casenet# [redacted]) and it has been updated as a dismissal as I fully explained to her. When a file is sent to legal for nonpayment of rent "Yes" the information is going to show on the credit and when it's paid prior to the court date it's dismissed or after the court it shows as a satisfaction. There is nothing more that we can do to rectify this situation. I have attached a copy of casenet to show that her credit should reflect the dismissal as well. Any further questions or concerns can be directly to me since I handle all rent and collections with Knollwood Apartments.Thanks
