I talked to the owner, Dustin and set up to have a tree trimmed and shaped. He had told me it would be a couple weeks and he'd let me know when they were coming out. The following week, he has a guy come out to trim and shape the tree. We had no notice and hadn't cleared the deck, bird feeders or anything. My husband left for work, comes back a few hours later and the tree was done. They left an oil stain in the driveway, a broken bird feeder and damaged the shepards hook the feeder was on. A couple weeks late, we get rain and our skylight over where they trimmed the tree starts to leak. My husband goes up on the roof to check it out, there are 3 holes, one being about 6 inches in diameter, in our roof from where the trimmer had let the limbs fall and go into our roof. I've been trying for several weeks to get Dustin out to look at/figure out what our next steps are for repairing the roof and now, the damage to the insulation and dry wall.
