I am rejecting this response because:
This is a report done by a certified architect last year. This shows the pitch being wrong and not to printWe had to pay an architect to redesign the front and then he still failed to follow the prints.As you can see he used Trusses and changed the pitch of the roof not allowing for the windows like the print shows either. The problems go on and on. Bottom line is every time something goes wrong he just stops working knowing that we are the ones with the payments for two homes still coming.We are currently working with a lawyer who has sued him several times so we may come to an agreement but until then I would like this case to remain open.Thank you*** ***

This customer designed their own home, then refused to pay the CAD guy that helped them design itThen KNL gave them a price to build this home.(Knowing we have been in business for years, and have built more than homes.) Once the house was being framed the owners were not happywith what
they designed.....it was built EXACTLY like the printFramer, lumber sales man, CAD guy, all agree with KNL on this, owner still not happy.KNL helped redesign the entry, to help make client happy....with no availOnce this speed bump was overcome, then the owner wanted to change85% of the interior walls....BUT did not want to pay any additional money for it of courseEvery construction draw has been short paid....and work has stoppedon this project, due to the fact that our contracted trim production draw has not been paidWe have tried to work with these clients numerous timesand numerous avenues, but they refuse to help us, help themI can say with 100% confidence this is our smallest house, and we want nothing morebut complete this job, and move on.
