Response: The drain cover in question was visibly in placeAs for meeting current regulationsThere are none for residential pools, except that the cover is secured*** regulations pertain to commercial pools with the exception of "new" build poolsThe report specifically states it is a visual
inspection, we willl not go into the pool to inspect drain coversWater quality was not testedShe did NOT "drag" out the pool cover as she had stated, and it wasn't mentioned, at all, during the inspectionTherefore the cover was not inspected as noted in the reportThe cover should have been taken out before the inspectionIt was notThe ladder and handrails were inspected to ensure they were installed and tightenedThere isn't anything more to inspect for theseThe light was inspected, and annotated in the report that it didn't workThe homeowner even stated she would have the GFI outlet that the lights were connected to fixedThis customer even complained about the "grammer" of the reportUnfortunately I have no control over the grammer used in an appThey'll have to complain to the programmer of the app for that oneThis customer was given a full refund on 7/12/
