Review: When I spoke to the owner to schedule my move and to get a estimate of what the cost would be. I was quoted the price of 80.00 for the first 2 hours and then 105.00 a hour after with 3 guys. When they showed up he had 5 guys never once did Dwayne inform me that the price would now change because he brought 5 guys it took 3 1/2 hours to complete the move. After everything was done and it came time to pay the bill I was charged 576.00 for a move that should have only cost me 332.50, I was over charged by 243.50 because he brought 5 guys and then said because they had to do tear down the only tear down that his company was involved in was doors off ref and freezer and his guys unsnapped my daughters bed everything else was taken apart and packed by me or my family, If he chose to bring 5 guys after quoting with the use of 3 then that should be at his expense not mine I only asked for 3.Desired Settlement: a refund of the 243.50 that I was over charged!
