First off the pictures posted on Priceline of this motel are very misleading .The condition of our room was totally disgusting. Dirty .bugs . Staff rude and unaccomadating. The property has drug dealers doing deals in the rooms and parking lot. We had been dropped off by a taxi at the front office withvalot of luggage and was put in a room as far away from there as possible on the second floor and they would now allow us to use the luggage cart to move all of our belongings almost a half mile walk.

Refund This was a horrible place and the cockroaches that live here dont deserve that!!
We have no customer registered by this name. The hotel does not have luggage carts at all, Customer booked through a third party company, and would have paid that company as per her complaint.
on 12/28/19 was told to $50 deposit cash only, in morning I said I am checking out I never receive my deposit after giving keys they refuse .
I booked 1 night on 12/28/19 was told to leave $50 deposit cash only I was told no credit card because people make charge backs after damage, in morning I said I am checking out I handed to him the keys I left room undamaged and not dirty, I was the only person with the motel staff he never talked to me about deposit he was not busy the staff deals with collecting and giving back deposits all day everyday its his duty to give me back whats mine and I gave back whats belongs to them,
I am not familiar with the process since they did not check my room at the time, I called on the phone later and stated when do I get my deposit they said they will not
send it to me and I will not get it back since I was on my way to new york.
these people scam me i deserve a refund plus more for trying to deliberately get away with cheating and stress.

no again the lady stated incase of damages no one checked it at time and I was alone with motel associate I stated I was checking out and handed the two key cards they knew about deposits and it shows they have a policy of not giving back
whats the point of the deposit if no one checks rooms, mosly to take advantage of out of town motorists.
(The consumer indicated he/she had nothing new to add)
they did not give back my money at time so they need to send it to me.

Note: The hotel is now called Knights Inn. We requested a refund due to a medical issue.
My husband booked a room, I believe it was #***, for two nights at this hotel through Booking.com. When we checked in to the room, I had a severe reaction to the mold smell and the air freshener used. We requested a refund and were told that there's a 24-hour cancellation notice and it can only be done through Booking.com. I obviously could not have known that I would have a severe reaction 24 hours prior. I called Booking.com at the site, they emailed the hotel owner with our request and it was denied. We looked at another room they had which stated non-smoking, but I could easily smell smoke in that room. I was so sick that I was throwing up, had a severe headache and my throat started to tighten. It took three hours for me to recover on the seat of our truck as we had no where else to go. If we had stayed in this room, I would have ended up in the emergency room. Without a refund, we could not book another room. For the next three days, we drove 3 hours round trip to and from my mother-in-laws house. I was hoping you could advise us on how to get a refund from this hotel. The amount of the reservation was $202.01. I have also contacted the Attorney Generals Consumer Protection Office.
A simple refund to our credit card will do.
The reservation was made through a third party booking site. All terms and conditions of the booking were presented to and agreed to by the customer. Our hotel has smoking and non smoking rooms. If you booked a non. Smoking room that is what you would have been booked into.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The primary issue with this booking is the illness I experienced after being in the first room assigned. The claimed non-smoking room was after I was already ill and any odor was exacerbating my illness. Their response does not address my severe allergic reaction.
(The consumer indicated he/she had nothing new to add)
I have not heard anything from them. What would be my next step. Should I approach booking.com again, the third party reservation company?
