Knight Refrigeration

I purchased a *** heating and cooling pump june from knights refrigeration Hopkinsville, Kyit has been a constant problem since I bought itsummer of 2014, A/C summer A/C problem, winter heating problem, septA/C problem, now winter octheat pump has multible problemsknights was called they wanted to charge me $to repair , I said I feel I should be given another, etc etycI called times almost daily, no help, I called *** 1-gave all info a vlady told me she saw where I had had many many problems she suggested she could send a tech manger out, it was weeks before they came with a knights guy...he said yes it seems I should get a new oneknights did not back me as a customer, I DID all the calling , once twice a day to knights asking if they heard anything as wel;l as tech manager lee byford in Paducahno answer left many messagesfinally they called back, said *** was taking too long that he the tech manager , was friends with knights and he would give me a new heat pump from ***, all in all knights either would not answer, was rude, *** the main man from knights came out dec to hook up new unit but ask for check before he put it inwe had a few words as I was without heat for month and dayI called told them to please help me I was freezing I could not have company nor my grandchildren could not come over because it was so cold...I had to use space heaters for a month
This was not right they did not stand behind me at all, and was so rude even chaging me to put the free pump in as I had just bought the other system yrs early $4,I am beyond upset
