If at possible do not use this company!!! We took an advance with this company and then Covid-19 hit. With the company shut down and no funds coming in, Knight Capital has us jumping through hoops just to stop the withdrawals. Every couple of days, we have to send a screenshot of our account to show the balance and prove that we did not have funds coming in. Then I get an email from on of the employees stating they will lower the withdrawals to a lower amount only to have them withdrawal the full payment instead of the lower amount. They will draft you payments placing your account in a negative balance, they have done this several times and when contacted all they will do is freeze your account for a couple of days. They could care less that your not working, no money coming in or that you have to figure out how to make it right with the bank just as long as they can get something out of you. I WILL NEVER USE KNIGHT CAPITAL FUNDING AGAIN. They are quick to get you money but bad customer service if you're having a problem that is out of your control.
I got a $20,ooo capital loan. This loan cost me $600 of the $20,000, so I got $19,400 deposited in my account. The next day I had another $600 removed. I contacted them and they told me it was in the contract you signed. When it comes to taking my working capital funds, this is deceitful. Next I had to pay $24,800 back in 6 months. A loan of $18,800 cost me $6,000 for 6 months. Be very skeptical on taking a loan. This could very well destroy your business. Several companies have failed due to this type of loan.
It's expensive, but there are times in business where the ends justify the means. Make sure you can afford it. Knight's Capital was easy to work with and the small daily withdrawals are an easy way to pay back a debt. One suggestion - work with them directly instead of through a broker. The broker will take a commission out of their advance and end up costing you more money.
Great customer service and really helped my business grow. Will definitely use them again.
Paid off loan, still taking money from account. Very difficult to get ahold of anyone to clear up matter.

This company will advise you that you are approved for funding. Then they will later contact you asking for you to provide your Bank Account password and username.
During its underwriting and due diligence, Knight Capital contacted this merchant to complete verification of the merchant's application for funding. Knight Capital was in the process of verifying this merchant for funding and advised that it needed additional bank statements to complete the process. This merchant declined to provide the additional information, and therefore Knight Capital was not able to proceed with funding for this merchant and thus declined the deal. Should you require additional information, we would be happy to provide the same.
