Knight Auto Service & Towing

Review: The Towing company first towed my vehicle before the designated time limit for the parking space. There was no manager on duty for the specific business to authorize the towing and Knight towing refused to provide information on the individual who allegedly authorized my car to be towed. When I called to ask if my car had been towed or stolen, the owner continued to belittling me and argue the terms of the sign. I found myself stranded with my two year old son, and after the owner sternly told me that it would be $300 and to go pick it up. It was a frustrating situation to have all my questions and concerns remain unanswered, and on top of that receive such disappointing customer service from the owner himself. When I arrived to the businesses' location, I realized that the business failed to display pricing for the towing services in its area. I was forced to pay outrages fees in order to have my car released. The Invoice had multiple price changes/discrepancies and they refused to provide an explanation. After questioning the charges with the owner/manager & employees nobody was either willing or able to provide me with solid answer.Desired Settlement: Under these circumstances, it is justified to request a full refund for the fees I paid. The services provided where never authorized by a manager because the business that would have provided authorization does not have a manager according to Ria business itself. Also, Knight Towing should be required to post the pricing list for Santa Ana and not just its surrounding areas to prevent the business from changing pricing to future customers.
