K.N.F. Design & Development

It has been more than two years since Mr. Fuller was instructed to begin plans for my simple shop. At the one year mark, Mr. Fuller blamed all delays on the GC, promising that if I engaged with him directly, he would get it done immediately. Plans were submitted to the City of Mesa in August of 22. Within weeks, the city had come back with requests for minor revisions. I hounded Mr. Fuller until April to get on those nominal revisions. Once the revisions were supposedly completed, Mr. Fuller promised to submit them immediately to the City. It has been another several months and the city confirmed to me that they have received nothing.
