Our facilitator was relatable and respectful which oddly put me at ease, I didn't feel like I was being scolded. He proposed very simple yet thought provoking dialogue and and self reflective exercises that helped me hone in on what and my triggers are what they are. He challenged us and didn't let us off the hook either. I feel encouraged to trust myself more but most importantly I have tangible takeaways, things I can replicate. The Knew Me Workshop was invaluable!
