Review: I purchased Yottaprint software on line from Kneson software. I followed all installation instructions and it would not install properly. I e-mailed their support address and they replied that I should call the support phone number and do a web session to trouble shoot. Every time I have called the number I get voice mail and have left several messages with my call back number. No one has ever called. I e-mailed again and they responded that I had not replied to their previous e-mail, but their previous e-mail said to call to do the web session. Their web site promises a money back guarantee, which I have requested by e-mail and by voice message and have had no response to. Their website is http://www.kneson.com/Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, and would like them listed as a questionable firm, since they never answer the phone they ask you call.
