My husband and I have only good things to say about Max [redacted] and Knesek Guns, Inc There is a very rapid response time whenever we've needed to call We were very pleased when we attended our concealed carry class there and the shooting range is excellent

Placed an order for an item worth roughly $in July of Put the item on layaway as it was a special order item and I would have to wait anywayPay off my item around January of and wait to hear back from company about my itemI get contacted by a man in the shipping dept by the name of Eric Dand I am told that once all my information is shared with him, the transfer of my item can beginI wait a month with no news about the transfer and then I contact the company againI am told that the business my item was to be transferred to never contact Knesek about my item, which they actually hadI was also told by Eric via email that he attempted to call my multiple times which is also not trueI set up my transfer through another business and wait another monthNow I am being told that my item is not in stock and I will have to wait 30-days and do not have the option to request a refund

I was introduced to Knesek Guns and Thor Defense thru a co-worker shortly after relocating to Arkansas He took me to the Range and I met the owner Max Rodriguez He was kind and professional The Shop and the range are one of a kind here in North West Arkansas I was so impressed that I became a member These guys also do CCW/CHCL licensing as well as a TON of other training classes
