Review: On November 28, 2014 I saw an online ad by KnaNyMart.com for a Bose QuietComfort 25 noise-canceling headphones in black and the price was $192.79. Payment was requested through PayPal. I ordered the product and awaited its' shipment, but received an e-mail from PayPal about a week later which explained that a refund from KnaNyMart.com for $192.79 was issued. I received no explanation and when I sent an e-mai to [email protected] asking why I received a refund and not the product itself I received no reply.Just for the heck of it I looked at the website again yesterday and I was surprised to see that KnaNyMart.com was now advertising the Bose Quiet Comfort 25 headphones for $240.99. While that still represents a nice discount on this product I will not place an order with this company again. I also think that KnaNyMart.com engaged in a form of bait and switch where they did not honor their advertised price. Now, you can but the same product, but for almost $50.00 more.Desired Settlement: I would like to buy the Bose QuietComfort 25 headphones from KnaNyMart.com for the price they advertised on November 28, 2014 @ $192.79. I would be happy to remit payment through PayPal again for that amount.

Review: I placed order on cyber Monday 12/01/14 for [redacted] wireless speaker it was shipped out by company and last record of package was in RI on 12/11/14 by UPS they informed me package was missing and to contact retailer to place lost order investigation I have been emailing company almost on a daily basis but they still have not responded to any email there is no company phone number listed on web page so emailing is only option.

I am starting to think this retailer is a hoax !!!

I would be really grateful if this could be resolvedDesired Settlement: Still want item if not possible a total refund of $159.99 and an apology this was meant to be a Christmas gift and I am disappointed
