The car is being financed by a Premier Auto CreditTo Complete Financing Buyer Has to provide a proof of insurance, which he failed to do so, Also There is an Interview with the buyer on the phone required, which could not be done for days, because the buyer would not respond to the phone calls

That caused a delay in finishing financing by Premier Auto Credit and Payoff of the Loan

The registration and DMV transfer has been completed on 04/26/16, It took longer than usual to clear a lien on the vehicle, but it has been done. We are sorry for the delay.M[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:the entire transaction has been a nightmare. Just yesterday M[redacted] contacted the buyer asking him to stop by and sign the printed contract. This was an issue 2 weeks ago. In addition, the telephone interview the buyer was waiting for never happened because the owner of Premier Auto was on a vacation. The buyer had to call in and speak to someone else At Premier Auto regarding loan. I still keep receiving calls for this vehicle asking for car installment. Its been well over a month and paperwork that should been been submitted , approved etc are still pending to this day.

As stated by the Business. Delay in obtaining financing by premier auto credit has been caused by late down payment-3wks, improper insurance coverage, and unavailability of buyer for telephone interview,Buyer is a friend of Aime end she was told about delay on his part several times.The Loan has been paid off in full, once we received all proper documents from a buyer; we also made his first payment to Premier Auto Credit, since he was late with that also.
