I tried to contact the company to cancel but was told it was too late. I was also under the impression it would be 89.95 for the product package and it was 89.95 per bottle in the package. I offered to send the product back or anything to get a refund and of course they would not hear of it. They told me they would cancel my account but I was given no proof it had been done. I requested an email and it was not sent. I would not recommend anyone give this company your information.
charged me for shipping $4.99, then set me up for a $90 charge. very deceiving.
first they used celebrity endorsement which was false. then they charged me $4.99 for shipping trial. then they immediately charged me $89 before I had even tried the product. this company is a scam.
i'll return the product for a refund.

Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.
According to our records, the customer ordered our skin cream on a 14 day trial basis back on 11/03/2017 and paid the shipping and handling fee of $4.99. The trial expired on 11/25/2017 and due to the fact that the customer didn't cancel they were charged $89.92 for the original shipment.
The customer contacted our Customer Service on 12/04/2017 and requested for their subscription to be cancelled, which we did. Unfortunately on 12/18/2017 the customer's account was flagged as a chargeback due to the customer filing a dispute with their financial institution, in which their financial institution has ruled the dispute in our favor. At this time we are unable to provide the customer with a refund, we appreciate your understanding.
