Review: Hi I have paid a company to build a website they are in the USA and India I am in the UK, and paid half the money upfront. I was told the website would be ready in one month it is now twelve months and the site is not ready I have asked them three times over the past year and given them chance after chance to finish the site and had new agreements set up the last was for the site to be competed by **th January 2013 this did not happen then they asked for a bit more time the middle of March this also did not happen I have tried to sort things out with them and using skype to talk to them they are now not answering. Can I claim my money back as they have now broken three agreements. I have requested three refunds using paypal and they have asked me to give them more time but I can not do this now they don't even get back to me.Desired Settlement: All I ask is for them to refund my 500.00 GBP as there promises to give them more time has not worked and they even told me they can give me a refund for half the money or the guy would lose his job or they would build a new site and have it ready in 14 days. This again was a lie and now it is over a year and I have asked them for a refund three times now and they do not want to know, they are on skype and just don't respond to any messages or email.

Hello I am talking with the developers who is building the site, they are doing some work on the site now and I hope it is ready in the next couple of weeks as it has gone over the time scale again. I will keep you upto date with progress. It seems one thing gets fixed then another goes wrong its very frustrating trying to explain to them but at least I am getting some response and work done. I have had to do almost all the data entry work myself to save time so we will see in the next couple of weeks.
