I purchased a product recently; when I received it, it was a defective product. It came in a ziplock bag. I then had to ship their defective product back. I have written this company numerous emails about having the cost of the shipping refunded. They have been ignoring my emails. If it wasn't defective and they would have tested their product before shipping it I would never have had to ship it back. No matter the cost, they should be responsible for the return of their defective product. It is about the principle here. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR PRODUCT! If you cannot do that then you should not be selling anything at all.
