Klockit

I have been trying to set up a klockit account for 2 days now. I called customer service. She was not very helpful in fact she seemed bored with our conversation. I was planning on making clocks for sale. I think I will find another company.. Sorry.

Review: I ordered an Atomic Watch which was defective. It would jump ahead or behind randomly by hours or minutes. After speaking to customer service I elected to return the watch and get the exact same model. I had to pay for the second one also to overlap shipping and avoid being without a watch. They refunded the price of the watch I returned but not the original shipping or the cost to ship it back and I also paid shipping on the second one. I just want the 2 shipping charges back ($17.95 + $5.23). This is bad customer service considering how much time and effort has gone into this transaction. A supervisor was supposed to cal me back and never did. And never an apology for the inconvenience. Please avoid doing business with this company.Desired Settlement: Refund of $23.18

Ordered an economy movement kit for a grandfather clock. Order was shipped quick , everything came with Fedex ground neatly packaged in three separate parcels. The kit arrived with excellent assembly manual and I got the clock working after just two evenings of pretty relaxed assembly. It looks like a five grand clock now and sounds almost the same. Great deal overall since you cannot beat the price even if you try to get this movement directly from manufacturer. I used a coupon to get a 15% discount. What is great about mechanical movements from Klockit, you can get exact dimensions and mounting pattern before you buy.
