We purchased a flip “everything new” home at *** on June 28,2019. Before purchasing the home the home inspector wrote in the report that there was problems with the roof and we wrote in our contract to have it fixed before settlement. When the seller did the final walk through he said he it was fixed and gave us information for the warranty on the “new” roof for the next 10 years. After a storm in August we notice water damaged. Our home insurance had an inspector come and and wrote a report that the leak is from the roof not properly installed. I have reach out to this company numerous times to ask them just to come look at what the problem could be. They have yet to contact me back or show up every time they said they would. Now it is October and we have more damage due to the roof and still have yet to hear from them. My insurance company could possibly drop us if we put in another claim because the day after settlement we had a problem with the arm of the shower head leaking into our dining room. So this would be the second claim we would put in our insurance and we are fearful of being dropped. I am extremely disappointed because it I have another company come in and fix the roof before winter comes it voids the warranty but the company has yet to even hold up their end of the contract.
