Review: Web site advertised clean , screened topsoilI spoke to [redacted] when ordered and told him I would be using on my lawn and garden. He assured me that it was clean topsoil. I ordered 10 yds. As we got into the pile it was full of stones and glass. I called and spoke with him. He refused to come look at it telling me that there is NO glass in his topsoil. I told him that I could not use this without cleaning all the glass and stone out of it. He said that I didn't know what I was talking about and I don't know what to tell you. He told me that he had never gotten another complaint and go ahead and cancel your check because he didn't want to deal with me. I had to put a stop on the check and now I am stuck with this topsoil and must screen all the glass an stone out of it!Desired Settlement: $ 35.00 for stop payment on checkcompensation for our labor to remove glass and stones from topsoil

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I got the soil free of charge only because I put a stop on my check which cost me $35. The soil was FULL of Glass and stones and other debris. Consumers should be made aware of this!
