Review: On June 23, 2014, I mailed in all materials required to receive a size Large Polish Sausage Racing t-shirt as a promotion Klement's advertised with Pic N' Save food stores. On 8-1-14, I called Klement's Marketing Department inquiring on the status of my order. I was told by a marketing representative that my entry was not found but would be called back with process status. I was not called back. On 8-4-14, I called again and was told by representative [redacted] my order was still not found but that I could fax a copy of materials submitted to ###-###-####. The fax rejected so I called Klement's Administration back and was told the correct number was ###-###-####. That number appeared to have worked so I called Klement's Administration again to confirm receipt of my fax and was transferred to the voice mail of Klement's marketing director ([redacted]?) explaining the issue and asked for a call back to confirm my fax was received. Once again, my call was not returned. I faced the same difficulty ordering a coupon wallet and racing sausage magnets as part of prior Klement's-Pic N' Save promotions.Desired Settlement: Delivery of the size Large Polish Sausage Racing t-shirt as a promotion Klement's advertised with Pic N' Save food stores. I still have a a copy of materials mailed on June 23, 2014 and can fax them again but considering my inconvenience, I'd rather not.

In investigating complaint [redacted], we found the following
information:
The initial
information that was sent by the consumer was not received. After he spoke to our Klement’s
representative and provided him the accurate information, we received his fax
on August 4, 2014 and entered it into the database.
We apologize that the consumer was sent to numerous
individuals and have addressed the correct protocol of directing future calls
to the single point person who is responsible for the management of the
information in regards to promotions. We have also addressed that that individual
responds in a timely fashion. The other individuals contacted do not have
access to consumer information pertaining to promotions.
Once we received his fax and entered the information into
the database he was entered into the system for the shirt to be delivered and
sent out by the fulfillment house in the next shipment. Because of the Revdex.com complaint, we removed the
consumer from that list and personally sent him the requested shirt via
Fed-Ex. In checking the tracking
history, the consumer has received the package on Tuesday, August 12 at 7:31am
if the address provided was accurate (one day after receiving the Revdex.com
complaint).
It should be noted that the entry form for a shirt
specifically states that delivery takes 6-8 weeks. If the consumer sent the qualifying pieces
and they were received on June 23, 2014, 6 weeks, minus any delivery time, 6
weeks would be August 4, 2014. The
Racing Sausage T-shirt promotion entry form also states “Not responsible for illegible, postage due,
lost, late damaged or misdirected mail.”
We accepted the consumers fax as proof he sent the information in.
