Klein Horsman Carpet One Floor & Home

We originally went to a competitor but the carpet we chose for our stair runner and hall runner would take weeks to get from the mill We went to Klein Horsman and they said "no problem" The carpet was weeks later than we were told The stair runner was mis-measured and had to be reordered The binding on the hall runner was botched up twice After weeks and weeks of the run-around I said forget the hall runner, we're going somewhere else I continue to get invoices for the runner we don't have, even though the salesmen begrudgingly said "fine" The salespeople put up roadblocks to the manager Either the manager Russ Gale, is not getting my messages or he is as terrible as the others Do not waste your time at KH
