Review: At the recomendation of [redacted], we purchased 80 radio microphone/ear pieces. Within three months, we have had a 40 percent failure rate. We are seeking a different solution via a different product. [redacted] has refused to work with us regarding this situation. They have a three year warranty on this product but it continues to fail and we cannot afford the downtime it takes to replace the product. We were told that we were 'abusing' the product. This could not be more untrue. The product shows no sign of abuse and is in a controlled environment. We simply need a different solution that works.Desired Settlement: Replace all items we purchased with mics that will last without continued failure.
