Review: My wife and I have been doing laundry at this business for over a year without incident. On June [redacted], 2015 I proceeded to do laundry at the said laundry. We do the same amount of laundry every week in the same amount of time and heat. On the [redacted], when I pulled my clothes out of the dryer they were too hot to touch and slightly burned. I have now have damaged clothes that total over $200.00. When I went to complain the woman working said "It's the customer's responsibility." There are no signs stating this. She then proceeded to put an out of order sign on the door. I asked to speak to the [redacted] and he refused to speak to me. I got the phone number and name of the proprietor who told me I was welcome to make as many complaints as I like in a sarcastic way.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a refund for the damages to my clothes totaling $200.00 - I have the evidence and receipts.
