Klassy Kleaning

Review: We have been costumers for years and over the last year the quality of work has declined dramatically. It was quite obvious that the Klassy Kleaning motto of "attention to detail" was not occurring in our home, there were spots on the floor and showers left dirty consistently. In addition to the poor cleaning, I began noticing articles of clothing missing from my home. I called and left several messages for the owner, [redacted] and he has yet to return a single phone call. I explained to him that clothing has been "disappearing" after the cleaners are here and that I need to cancel and need my key returned, as mentioned he has yet to acknowledge a single phone message. In addition to the poor quality of work and the stolen clothing, we are also owed money as we paid with direct deposit and previously paid for a service where the cleaners never showed up and we were never reimbursed. I have continually tried to contact [redacted] in regards to the stolen goods, returning my house key and the $ he owes and have yet to hear a thing.Desired Settlement: I would like my key returned, the $ refunded, and some sort of explanation of the disappearance of clothing from my home. I know [redacted] is not directly responsible for the stolen items, but he is responsible for his employees while they are in my home and perhaps some acknowledgment and attempt to retrieve the items from them would show that he has, at the very least, taken action as a responsible business owner.
