Good afternoon,I am responding to a very late complaint for *** [redacted] , complaint # [redacted] .We apologize for the delayed responseThis complaint was filed September 24, 2017.The customer had filed a charge back on September 17, Both of the amounts have been refunded back to the customer via chargeback for order IDs [redacted] and [redacted] in the amounts of $99.95.All accounts have since been closed out and the customer should have had his money returned to himIf this is not the case and the dispute was denied by the bank, the customer should then submit proof of this transaction and our company can issue another refund for the two amounts of $99.95.Please let us know if there is anything else we may help with.Thank you.Sincerely,Joann F [redacted]
