I searched all threw my apartments . I found the package with my itmanager. I reached out to this company to let them know that I had the packages and wanted to return it. The package was mis handled and damaged. The products are soooo terribly made peeling and falling apart and leaking. Even if I wanted to keep them and get my money worth since this company hasn’t refunded me. I can’t kee this poor damaged product it’s leaking everywhere.
I have A skin condition and can’t put this stuff on my skin anyways to top it off. I told them I could give them a doctors note. The customer service has been so poor and insensitive. They never gave me my refund. They have not been considerate and empathetic to a situation that was out of my control.
This company I ordered 3 perfumes that I got tracking number for that showed all 3 items were shipping out together not separately! I have emailed many times to online help and Jenna is the person that retrieve my email I gave her my order number which is #KKWF715841 explained that I only received one of the items inside the box 📦 and the other 2 items were missing she asked in one of the few emails for me to take a picture of the item I did receive and as well as the box & shipping label I informed her that I threw the box out as who keeps boxes just lying around there home thinking oh you’ll need it to take pictures for missing items I took pictures of the 1 perfume that I did receive several times to her ! Then after inquiring about a refund due to me out of town on job assignments so replacement wouldn’t be a good ideal as I don’t want to risk package getting stolen ! I then received email saying that the 2 missing items would come 48 hours to my home and when I get it to take pictures of the box & shipping label ! Again I emailed Jenna many times over & over telling her that all 3 items were sent together and that is why I got one tracking number ! If the other 2 items were sent separately I would of gotten a email sent to me stating a tracking number as well but I didn’t ! I told her to transfer my emails to someone whom is willing to look into my complaint as I no longer want to deal with her any longer ! She stated that my case was being escalated well today on Tuesday January 25 I get a generic email from Jenna again generic message Your request (63951) has been updated. To add additional comments, reply to this email. I would like a refund and I definitely won’t ever order from this company again !
I explained in detail that Apple Pay was cancelled on my end and I did a new order. I immediately contacted them to cancel it but instead they did.

Both of the customers orders were placed and charged, no apple pay issues on our end. The orders were packed and shipped. We have since refunded one of the orders as requested by the customer due to their error.

It was not my fault let's make their clear. I have a right to change my mind before purchasing a product. When I cancelled the Apple Pay, which has to have my password and I have to click the right side twice before it's approved. This time is went through without that. Delivery service returned item back to sender but they have yet to refund my money!!
I ordered on September 19th and on September 23rd the item said it was returned to sender due to the addressee being unknown. They have yet to refund me my money it's been almost a month!!! I've emailed their customer service email TWICE and they haven't responded with any updates. This is ridiculous just refund me my money! It's not like the item is lost or damaged they literally send it back to them and they have yet to refund me. Just give me my money back.
At this point I just Want my money back or for them to resend the perfume.
This customer reached out to our customer service on Thursday 9.8.20 stating that they did not receive their package. We tracked it right away and found out that there was a post office delay, On the same day 9.9.20 we then asked the customer to verify their address so we can investigate further.. Then on Tuesday 9.13.20 the same day the customer made this complaint they reached back out saying, "I'm sorry I didn't see you're email till now, the address is" and gave the address. We have since then decided to refund the customer, it make take a few days to show up on their statement..
We would of gave the customer an option for us to resend a new fragrance since it seems the package was lost or refund. Once we saw this complaint, we refunded..
I received a damaged bottle of perfume. Upon contacting customer service, I was offered 20% off my next order. This is not acceptable.
I placed order #***. Upon receiving the package, I saw that the bottle was chipped and the contents had leaked all over the inside of the box. I immediately contacted the company via email at ***. I received a prompt reply back stating that they could offer me 20% my next purchase. I responded to the email stating that they had two options, to either refund my order in its entirety or send me a replacement bottle. At this point, I would rather receive a refund because I do not wish to do business with this company at this point.
I am seeking a full refund as the resolution that is satisfactory. To reply to my original email with an offer of 20% off of my next purchase, is completely unacceptable and rather insulting. This has been an inconvenience, and instead of treating me with respect and helping me, the customer service department made it more unpleasant.
On August 6th when we found out the package arrived damage due to shipping, we fully refunded the Visa ending in *** $60.37 the next day on August 7th..

it looks like the items were damaged during shipping, unfortunately that happens when the carriers toss the packages around.. the customer reached out to let us know what happen, we requested photos of the damage which they never sent us..

They are horrible and disgusting website . I'm currently in dispute . They told me there is no order . I thought they will get my money back . They lied to my bank and said the order was delivered. I didn't get the order . They are greedy . The bank called me . I thought it was resolved . This was in March this year . I will not give them my business .

I have not received my products because KKW entered an incorrect shipping address. UPS is not able to deliver and KKW has not replied to my emails.
I purchased 2 products from KKW Fragrance and I entered my correct shipping address which is confirmed on the order confirmation email that I received. Once my package cleared customs, the address was changed to a different address than mine. UPS says that KKW Fragrance provided them with the address which the incorrect address. UPS has not been able to change the address and KKW Fragrance has not answered my several emails.
I want to receive the items I ordered.
This is the first time we are hearing about an issue regarding order # ***.. We never received any emails from this customer..

I have emailed them and spoke to *** would said to just follow the tracking. Every day my order gets delayed one day by UPS. They are not helping me and neither is KKW. I want the products to be reshipped or a full refund including the shipping fees as nothing was delivered to me. This is extremely frustrating.

I placed an order for KKW Fragrance and admittedly, provided the incorrect address at the time of the order. I emailed customer service immediately and Tasha was the customer service representative that responded. She stated that their policy states that they cannot process address changes.
UPS then attempted to deliver the package to the incorrect address but it was refused at the door and returned to sender. (By the way, it is a commercial apartment building and the front desk refused it since I am no longer a resident). I waited about a month and when I reached back to Tasha, I told her that my package was returned and requested for further assistance to resolve a simple situation. She reiterated their policy and stated she cannot help me. At this point, the package is lost. I reached out to Tasha again to let her know that I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company and told her it's unfortunate that they have such poor business practices, at which she replied "it's unfortunate you provided the incorrect address" and left it at that. Horrible.
I was delivered the wrong products. Sent a inquiry over a week ago and still no response.
Wrong products delivered. Ordered pink and nude Kylie Jenner perfume. Received pink and red instead. Have yet to receive a response from customer service after 3 attempts over a week ago since the delivery date.
Send my correct order. Pink and nude.

Purchased the Lip Bundle (3 perfumes) - one of the perfumes was missing.
Purchased the Lip Bundle (3 Perfumes) on 8/23 Order #***. Package was received 8/31. Package only contained the tan and red lip perfume. Did not receive the pink perfume. There was no packaging slip in the box.
Sent an email 8/31 to ***. Have not heard anything back yet. Would follow up again with another email however their website states "do not send multiple emails as this will place you at the end of the queue."
The website also states that they "will review all issues that are submitted within 14 days of delivery of the package." I would think I should have had some sort of response by now. Even if the customer service department was slammed with inquiries, there should be some type of contact that the issue is being looked into, etc.
I would like them to send me the Pink Lip fragrance that I should have received in my order.

As of today, 10/2/19, I have not received anything in the mail from KKW Fragrance. I also do not understand why they would mail something to me regarding this issue instead of emailing me. The invoice information attachment that I included with my email to Revdex.com contained my email address; their order number; the UPS shipping number. Plenty of ways to research and contact me besides mail. This order was placed 8/23/19 so it is very disappointing that this has not been resolved yet. Below is the email I sent to them on 8/31/19 when I received the package.

I just received my shipment from the USPS and I am missing one of the perfumes. I had ordered the lip bundle but only received the nude lips perfume and red lips perfume. I did not receive the pink lips perfume.
Was the pink lips perfume on back order? I did not receive any other emails saying there would be another package sent. Please let me know the status of the pink lips perfume or if you need any additional information.

received my order in a HUGE & partislly open 16 x 16 x 16 box that was poorly sealed with inferior tape, no stuffing, no paperwork. Received only one of the 2 VIBES ordered. No packing slip enclosed so unsure if #2 is on the way or if it fell out of the open box.

Two of the KKW Trio sets were missing the center bottle so apparently there is a thief in the warehouse. I need replacement trio sets. Not good at Christmas time.

I ordered the KKW Trio set for my mom as a gift. When she opened the gift one of the three fragrances was missing.
On December 21 I gifted my mom the KKW Crystal Gardenia Trio Set for Christmas. I went through the embarrassment of her opening the gift and one of the fragrances was missing. I submitted an inquiry to KKW, but have yet to hear a response.
I have ordered from KKW before with no issues, so I did not think to open and check the box before I gifted it to her. I wrapped it in the box it was shipped in.
There was also no package slip.
I hope that KKW will replace my item. I am even willing to ship to them the box with the missing item and wait to receive a new and COMPLETE one.

I made an order worth 103 USD to be delivered at my address. My apartment number was missing, causing a non-delivery. Company is refusing to refund.
On November 9, I made an order using the KKW Fragrance website of the following:

1 Crystal Gardenia Citrus Perfume 75 ML

Total price, came to 103,44 USD.
I provided my address, however for some reason my apartment number never went on the order. The rest of the address provided was correct. The items were supposed to be delivered by UPS, however I when I checked my status on November 12th the status was saying that the delivery was not possible, and that the package would return to sender. I live in a doorman building, and I was notified by the doorman that delivery was never attempted at the address.
I reached out to KKW Customer Service via email on November 24 to ask for a refund or for them to send the package again. They informed me that the cannot resend the package and that they do not provide refunds. After multiple attempts to speak to a supervisor, manager, or new customer reps, I was again today told that I will not be receiving a refund nor my purchased products. As such KKW Fragrance just made 103 dollars without providing a product. I have a hard time believing this is legal practice and would like my money refunded.
I would like to either receive my products, or get a refund of the full price
