To Whom it May Concern:** *** purchased her car on 11/25/At that time she signed a paper stating the car was sold as is as far as the car lot was concernedShe was given a day mile warranty through CARS that covered the PowertrainThis covers her motor, transmission, Transfer case and Drive Axle assembleAT NO TIME was she ever told she received a full warranty on her vehicleWhen she complained about her car I told her she would have to bring it back in for the mechanic to look at itAt no time has she ever brought the vehicle back it for us to look at itThis was being done out of the kindness of our heartsWe were under no obligation to do any repairs because she signed the AS IS PaperWe con not repair or diagnosis any vehicle over the phone. As far as we are concerned this matter is closed
Ms*** purchased her car on November 25, She received a day mile Powertrain warranty, not a full warranty, when it was purchasedShe came to our car lot on times to test drive the vehicle before she purchased this vehicleShe had a gentlemen with her all three timesWhile she
was test driving cars she test drove a Chevrolet Impala, which she complained about the brakesWe did tell her at that time, if she purchased the Impala we would replace the brakes prior to her purchasing itShe decided to purchase the Pontiac G6.I have only received on call from Ms ***It was 2-weeks after she purchased her vehicle and she complained about a noise her car was makingAt that time, Me and the mechanic, *** ***, told her we could not tell her what was wrong with the car over the phone and she would have to bring it in to be looked outTo this date Ms*** has not brought her car in to be looked atI can not, nor can the mechanic help her if she does not bring it back.I have a answering machine at the car lot and on my business cards mine and the mechanics personal cell phone numbers are listedAt no time has Ms*** called our cells phones or the car lot and left any messages for us to call herThe one and only time she called I spoke with her and tried to resolve her problem.Thank you*** ***Owner

I did not think they went through. Thanks for your return call today. I did not get to explain that I wish this case to be reopened ASAP. I did not get the opportunity to view the response to the original complaint until early June 2015. I would have responded immediately if I had. Once I called and a representative as you know she sent me the email to the response. After viewing this is when I notified you. I have paid out several repairs and more very serious ones are needed very soon. With the shape my car is in I need these done by the end of July. I do not know what to do be on a limited budget. But if I have to take all the repairs I need to do to this car out of my savings, Which I did NOT want to touch – I do NOT have that much in there and was hoping to save more for a down payment for a better place to live. I have been checking on the best repairs and trying to get the cheapest I can find. I need to know what happens if I go ahead with these repairs? Will this dealership be responsible for all the repairs I have made or not? Since I live on a tight budget- I would have to pick and choose my dates. Then I’m still afraid needed repairs will still need to be done. My front end struts & shocks are very costly. Please try to inform me what I need to do. Your help is deeply appreciated.
