The customer, *** ***, completed a survey for our company. At the end of the survey it was communicated that the incentive gift card would be sent within 6-weeks He took the survey on April 7, He was sent the gift card on April 20, 2016. This was
well within the timeframe of 6-weeks as we had promised. He would have received it actually within weeksWe always seek to exceed our client and survey respondent expectationsIt is unfortunate that this respondent was unclear as to when he would receive his incentive. This does happen sometimes. Thank you
This issue has been resolved and the Respondent has received the $250 payment according to our records. To elaborate: The Respondent did complete the interview on June 24th and a gift card for $250 was processed and issued to her on June 28th. This was then mailed to the address given to the...
recruiter. On August 16th, the Respondent spoke to our representative and gave an alternate mailing address. A new gift card valued at $250 was issued to her and mailed to the new address. According to the company that issued the card, there have been charges made against this card between the dates of August 25th and August 31st. This would indicate that the card had been received. however the Respondent would need to confirm the charges are hers.
Consumer called and said that it was resolved, but that the company put her through hell. At this point we will wait for their response so that her rebuttal can mention this.
